Dentsu Creative contracted me to produce high-impact entertainment for Smirnoff's Pride activations. Over two consecutive seasons, I led the project from concept to execution:

• Collaborated with Dentsu to design and construct branded costumes that reflected Smirnoff’s Pride messaging and supported performer comfort and range of motion

• Cast and managed a diverse team of professional stilt walkers, emphasizing charisma, performance skills, and crowd engagement

• Directed the team at WEHO, San Francisco, and Long Beach Pride parades, overseeing call times, routes, safety, and real-time coordination with producers

• Managed all performer logistics, including scheduling, contracting, and payments—ensuring smooth, professional execution for both agency and client
